Back Squat (1 Rep Max)
Shoulder Press (1 Rep Max)
Deadlift (1 Rep Max)
**Lifts must be done as written.
**All athletes will have three attempts for each lift after adequate warm up.
**Your first attempt is what you can accomplish for a set of three.
**Weight may not be decreased after first lift.
**A failed attempt counts as one of your three lifts.
**There is no designated time for each lift…. however you must complete all lifts within class time.
**For athletes with minimal lifting history….work to a heavy set of five for each lift.
