Band squats

Banded good mornings

Front rack prep

Wrist prep

Front Squat (10×3 )

EMOM for 10 minutes perform 3 reps, working to a heavy triple.

Squat Clean (10×2)

EMOM for 10 minutes perform 2 squat cleans, working to a heavy double

Power Clean (10×1)

EMOM for 10 minutes perform 1 power clean, working to a heavy single
