3 mins cardio then

10 elbow to tall plank

10 kb hang cleans (5 per side)

10 single arm kb overhead lunges (5 per side)

10 single arm push press (5 per side)

10 kipping swings

Repeat for 3 rounds then

1 minute wrist prep

1 minute handstand hold

Metcon (Time)

5 rounds for time

DB Farmers carry 50/35, 3 lengths of the rig

10 knees to elbows

DB Farmers carry 50/35

10 DB shoulder to overhead 50/35

*RX+ 1 handstand walk the length of the rig in place of S2O.
