10 kb hang cleans (5 per side)
10 single arm kb overhead lunges (5 per side)
10 single arm push press (5 per side)
10 kipping swings
Repeat for 3 rounds then
1 minute wrist prep
1 minute handstand hold
Metcon (Time)
5 rounds for time
DB Farmers carry 50/35, 3 lengths of the rig
10 knees to elbows
DB Farmers carry 50/35
10 DB shoulder to overhead 50/35
