10 pvc pass through

10 pvc overhead squats

10 pvc shoulder press

10 kipping swings

10 alternating down dog toe touches

10 prone angels

10 t spine reach and rotate

10 push up with knee drive

10 plank alternating shoulder taps

30 sec calf stretch each side

With a barbell warm up hang power snatch

Warm up HSPU or scaling option

Warm up wall balls

Metcon (Time)

7 rounds for time

300 meter run

7 Handstand push ups

10 Hang power snatch 75/55

7 Toes to bar

10 Wall balls 20/14
