Sampson (both sides)

Pigeon (both sides)

2 mins banded hamstring and hip flexor stretch

2 mins banded shoulder stretch

10 push ups

Calf stretch each side

Metcon (Time)


Box Jumps

Wall Balls

*every time the ball is not in motion perform 1 pull up
