3 mins cardio

8 russian baby makers

8 inch worm with push up

8 sit ups

8 banded shoulder press per arm

Then

30 sec handstand hold

10 shoulder or plank taps

Take 5 mins to warm up

to DB burpee and press weight

Metcon (Time)

5 rounds

15 ghd, scale is sit ups

10 db burpees 50/35

1 hs walk the length of the rig, scale is 16 taps

5 strict hspu, scale is dumbell press

20 min time cap
