3x 10 DB hammer curl to shoulder press

3×10 Bulgarian split squats with a DB

*10 per side per round. 20 reps total per set


40 DB Push press (as few sets as possible)

*Score for workout is time that 40 push presses are completed. Use a challenging weight.
