Butt kickers the length of the rig
10 banded good mornings
Inchworms the length of the rig (no push up)
Metcon (3 Rounds for time)

50 double unders
25/15 cal assault bike or 35/25 cal row
50 double unders
Rest 3 minutes between rounds
Deadlift (5×1@80%)
Take 7 mins to warm up to your 80%, perform 1 rep every 90 secs for 5 rounds. Use the same weight for all 5 lifts, control the bar down.
