As you are building up to your Dead Lift weight perform 8 bent over rows over 5 sets, record your heaviest set of 8.
Deadlift (5X5@75%)
Take 20 minutes to warm up and build to your heavy set of 8 bent over rows. Once you are at your weight perform 5 reps every 2:30 for 5 sets.
