15 thrusters 95/75

20 box jumps

The teams will rotate 1 team member holding a plank while the other teammates work.

partner deadlift (M/M-395 M/F-340 F/F-285)

synchronized bar facing burpees

HSPU (scaled is 30-24-18 seated dumbbell or kettlebell presses)

While 1 partner does HSPU the other maintains a handstand hold
