Perform 3 muscle snatches followed by 3 tall snatch for 3 rounds
Unbroken sets
FORM! and SPEED!
Slow motion snatch deadlift to just above knee + hang squat snatch 5X(1+1)
Take at least 5 seconds to get from floor to above the knee
Back Squat (10-8-6-8-10 )
Weight is to remain the same, focus on speed out of the bottom
