Pause Snatch Deadlift 5X3
-pause 3 sec 1″ off floor and again just above knee
-weight should be approximately 1 rm snatch or bodyweight
Hang Power Snatch+Overhead Squat 5X(3+1)
-perform 3 hps unbroken then 1 ohs
-weight should be approximately 50% of 1 rm snatch
Front Squat (3×5)
After each working set, perform 10 hip extensions.
